In order to achieve the goals of sustainable development, it is necessary for each of us to recognize our role and take responsibility. Only in this manner shall it be possible to make real changes and leave a healthy planet for future generations.
At VIP Sistem, we are actively committed to ESG principles - environmental protection, social responsibility and good governance - integrating responsible practices into our daily operations.
We believe that business growth must go hand in hand with environmental awareness, respect for people and integrity in all processes.
Vehicle Fleet Transformation
Our green transition solely during the last year resulted in the fact that a third of the vehicles in our fleet are electric powered company cars. We are also equipped with our own charging stations, so our company car drivers don't have to spend extra time waiting to charge their vehicles - a logical and consistent step for a company helping to shape the green future of mobility.
Waste Management
At the VIP Sistem exchange office, we encourage paperless business and digital transactions in order to reduce the use of paper and unnecessary printing of documents. Although, in conformity with the regulations of the National Bank of Serbia, we are still obliged to issue one slip receipt for the exchange transaction to the client, we no longer print a duplicate for the internal archive. We thereby halved the number of paper slips and concretely contributed to the reduction of paperwork and the preservation of natural resources.
Energy Efficiency
With the aim of reducing the electricity consumption, we replaced the lighting with LED systems in all our exchange offices.
The VIP sistem operates its own solar power plant with an installed capacity of 65 kW, enabling us to cover a significant portion of our energy needs through renewable sources. This initiative plays a key role in our commitment to energy efficiency and supports our broader strategy for sustainable business practices.
Plastic Consumption Reduction
All our branches are using water dispensers instead of bottled water. In addition, plastic cups were replaced with glass cups at the company's headquarters.
